BrewBama,  I was unaware that yesterday was N.P.P.D.  A day late, but thanks for the inspiration  --  picked up a tasty lunch today.  What am I saying, it's not a day late. Any day is right for some tender, smoky pig. (And got some nice bark on that sammy.)

So, we are part of a group who meets Sunday evenings, share a meal, and study the good book. The theme this past Sunday was Baked Potatoes.

Around here we serve pork stuffed baked potatoes so I volunteered to bring the pulled pork.

After the evening was over, a couple of the guys asked where I got that pulled pork. I said I made it. They just went on and on about it. Asking what I do, about my cooker, etc. LOL.

If they only knew how easy this is. It made my day.

Glad to hear the fruits of your efforts are appreciated.

But that must be a tough theme to plan for the study group.  I can't recall any scripture passages on baked potatoes.

LOL. The theme is for the dinner. Taco night I brought fixings for steak tacos.

This upcoming week is Pizza. Someone is already getting the pizza. I am thinking a Caprese Salad with Mozzarella di Bufala, San Marzanos, Basil chiffonade, and a Balsmic glaze.
