This competition will take place at International Exposition Center (One I-X Center Dr., Cleveland, OH) on April 29th and 30th. This is a professional beer competition using the BA 2011 Style Guidelines and the BJCP Checklist Scoresheets. Our judging pool will consist of professional brewers, craft beer educators, craft beer media and ranked BJCP judges. There will be four judging sessions: April 29th at 2:00pm and 7:00pm and April 30th at 9:00am and 2:00pm. Dinner will be served between sessions on April 29th and Lunch will be served between sessions on April 30th.

Since this is a BJCP sanctioned competition, we will be able to award BJCP judges points as is the norm for homebrew competitions. Ideally, each flight will be judged by at least one professional brewer and one ranked BJCP judge. Judges will have free parking and will be given a commemorative etched set of International Beer Fest glassware.  We have reserved a block of rooms at Sheraton Cleveland Airport Hotel for judges.
