Wow!  The resemblance to Mike Ditka is uncanny. :)

Somewhere I have a picture of me with blublockers and my vintage '85 knit bears sweater. I don't have a sweater vest unfortunately, so it's not 100% accurate.

Glad you're back in the saddle Weaz.  Beautiful scenery, and wise move to placate the little woman first thing.

I always wear 5. three on my left, and 2 on the right.

As long as we're posting kilt pics, here's one from a few weeks ago when I did my CAP. No pants! But I am wearing my awesome Goose Island Brewpub "Beer Fed Pork" shirt. I always wear that when I brew.

Which we can now call Anheuser-Busch/Goose Island   :-\  http://networkedblogs.com/fXmPx
If Homebrew & BBQ aren't the answer, then you're askin' the wrong questions... Cheers!!!

You know what, if it doesn't kill the quality but it boosts the distribution range to Europe, I don't care. I had a feeling it was going this direction anyway.

I couldn't find bacon in any of these pictures.... Also, I don't have a kilt, can I still make beer or am I just wasting my time?

How big is that carboy?  If you've got 11.5 gals in there it looks somewhat deceiving.  I would have thought it would be bigger.

A kilt isn't required per se. As long as you aren't wearing pants the beer will turn out OK.

Made a bacon bomb the night before brewing, so I was actually taking a hiatus from bacon that day. The fermentor is a 15.5 gallon demi-jon. I thought there would be plenty of head space in it. Woke up to one heck of a blow off this morning. Needless to say, Holly was not happy. As for the kilt, like already said before, you're beer will turn out fine as long as you are pantless.  ;D

Oh, now I see what I've been doing wrong.  :D
