Doing the second iteration of stepping up two strains of mead yeast (WY 4184 and WY 4783) for use in a 50L split batch of albizia honey mead on Tuesday of next week.
Bottling 25L of jaboticaba fruit/lehua honey melomel.
Brewing a 50L batch of Very Old Dark Kilauea Ale.

Jaboticaba

Did a partigyle batch yesterday.  Can't wait to see how these turn out.

Brewed an American Barleywine and a Dark Mild.  I ended up with more Barleywine than Mild which was the inverse of what I wanted, but I've still got a heck of a quantity of beer.

I brewed a strong dark mild. Sort of a cross between an English dark mild and a schwartzbier.

Well not sure.
I have some work to do in cooling department.
I used bag for hops with poor hop utilization.
I have to learn new system.

Isn't that how Imperial IPAs first came about; learning a new system's effiency?
