Just some perspective.

Bell's changed the Solsun name to Oberon after a cease and desist from the maker of Sol in Mexico.  This was many years ago, but I remember Larry Bell saying that it taught a lesson about defending the breweries IP.

There used to be a reference to "Heminwayesque trips to the UP" on the Two Hearted label.  I have read that it was removed due to a request from the Hemingway family estate.

It goes both ways.
