I ust sampled my first all grain brew, a belgian style tripel, and holy crap, was it good! A little weak on carbonation, (only been bottled for a week, I used corn sugar) but damn, I think I nailed it on the first try! Sorry, I just had to boast a little! Thanks to all who gave me advise on the recipe and mash, I don't think it would have been as good without you guys!
