I like me, how bout you?
« on: April 18, 2011, 06:32:09 pm »
FINALLY.......carbed and tapped my first brew in over a year. It is freakin amazing!! Just a simple honey wheat, but it's the best beer I've had since I've been in Idaho. Now I rember why I brew in the first place. Today, I feel like a man again. I am so full of pride, I'm beaming ear to ear. Can't wait for poker night!   8)

Which recipe did you use? The wife likes honey wheat.

60/40 wheat to two row, a sprinkle of honey malt, and some Tettnanger at 60 and 15.
