I just happened to pick up this paper on Friday, too.  It's very interesting research, if you are interested in the chemistry of hop flavor, and helps explain the changes in hoppy beers over time.

You can usually avoid the copywrite infringement by emailing the author and asking for a copy.
That's how I get a lot of papers.
