This is the week I normally brew a Maibock as well - running behind though.

Nothing this week but kicked off the starter for my Belgian strong gold that I'm brewing on Jan 4th.

I froze my ass off yesterday (22 degrees) and brewed a great smelling Brown Ale. I put together a starter the day before and I have some very happy beer bubbling away into a blowoff jar as I write.

I'm brewing a clone of an old Dos Equis german style lager. it's my first time lagering in my spare fridge so im pretty excited to see how it turns out. i just have to remember to be patient.

10 gallons at 1.055 into the fermenters. Bubbling within two hours. 77% eff. I love brewdays like that!

11 gallons of wheat...  5.5 with Wyeast 1010 and 5.5 with WL029 (never tried that one with a wheat before)...  ???  I

IPA with English 2 row this weekend. Normally use American 2 row so I'm excited to see how it turns out.
