Have you ever noticed when you get too close to the hop bines with a weed-eater and slice one off at the ground that every thing goes to stop-action slow motion.

 I was actually cleaning up around them so I could put down my shredded newspaper mulch (the ones with all the typos). I guess a little hands-and-knees time would have been well worth the effort ::)

Well isn't it possible that it's early enough into the season that they'l grow back?

 I got to clse to a b aby rabbit a couple summers ago. Actually, didn't even see it. Man, I felt so bad. Didn't kill the poor little guy, so I took it to the vet to finish him off. I just did not have the heart to do it myself. Buried him in my backyard, and erected a nice little tombstone for him. Man that day sucked!

A man works hard all week, so he doesn't have to wear pants all weekend.
