More Love help

  I got my Love all wired up to my fridge, but am having trouble accessing the set points, or so I think. I can lower the set point, but cannot raise it.Press the up arrow, and it will not raise.  I found instructions a the Love website, but they are pretty vague, and do not even tell me how to switch from cooling, to heating. Does someone have a link, or pdf to point me to? Thanks!

I hate to state the obvious, but Weaze - you can't get your Love up?  Sounds like a personal problem.  Is there a special category for that?
