If Homebrew & BBQ aren't the answer, then you're askin' the wrong questions... Cheers!!!

Happy Christmas all!  Eat, drink and be merry!  Tis the season of excess!

I've already done my part the past couple weeks.  Back to low-carb.

Merry Christmas!

Thats what the wife says anyways. Maybe her family are the only ones. Her father is a practicing professional beer drinker so it wouldn't surprise me. They are Slovakian but they are Hungarian too. Ill ask her later.

How bout the tradition of not eating chicken, or goose or anything with wings because your luck will fly way, is that one true?

Or throwing water on girls or throwing them in water? ...no wait that is Easter right?

Either way beer is much better than cookies and milk.

Not in my family. We had plenty of chickens when I grew up.
But we never did a wishbone thing.

Well when I gerw up we did not have Santa Clause. We had "Jeziska" (little Jesus) and he did not have reindeer to my recollection.
Also on 6-th of December we had Mikulasa (St. Nick).

I think the rule is meant to keep people from discussing religion (and ultimately arguing and/or proselytizing), not from wishing people a Merry Christmas. Just sayin'.  ;)
