I was a good boy and called my Mother yesterday. Did not forget.

I went to my mom's, did some electrical work, replaced a mailbox that got hit by a snowplow, and took her out for a absolutely wonderful meal along with the mother of my child.

Mailbox got hit by a snowplow and you're just now getting around to replacing it?  Bad son :)

For the record, I drove1300 miles to her house 3 weeks ago...hugged her neck.
Then I bought her a card and sent it .... BTW it did arrive on time (thank you USPS).
Plus I called her that day just for good measure.

Apparently there are still some redeeming qualities among our members...lol

Her old one was still upright, hanging in there, but it need to be replaced.  Heck, the last snowfall was less than a month ago (Upstate NY). ;)

I was a good boy and called my Mother yesterday. Did not forget.

I flew to Phoenix a month ago to help her move.  I sent a card for MD AND gave her a call....once I got out of the hospital!
