This couldn't have come at a better time.  I have questions about food pairings for a beer vs. wine party coming up.  Thanks again Denny for giving me the heads up on this.

I am having some issues sending in a question to the email address provided.  Every time I try to send it I get a response back saying it failed to deliver...

Strange....I've been seeing questions come in so it seems to be working.  PM your question to me and I'll pass it on.

The questions for Sean are now closed.  The answers will be posted in a week or so and we'll let you know when that is.  Our next expert will be Patrick Rue from the Bruery, who will take questions about homebrewers opening a commercial brewery.

I'll be eager to hear his responses - and I'm really looking foward to his dinner w/ Firestone Walker during Seattle beer week next month - he's revealed that it's going to be a 10-course Cajun meal.  So awesome.  I Love Cajun food.  :)

Have the Paxton responses been posted yet? Maybe I'm looking in the wrong spot?

Nope, they haven't.  I spoke with him about a week ago and he had been having some family things to deal with.  He said he was working on them and I hope to have them posted soon.
