I am fortunate to come from a family of readers.  I started reading books in the first grade.  I wanted to learn ASAP cause i wanted to see what my older sister was always so facinated with.

I married into a family of readers too.  My 11 year old son has a double whammy reading gene.  He reads all the time.  He wants to be a writer too.  You should have seen his face light up when I told him that the best way to learn how to write is to read as much as possible; see how it's done by those who are successful at it.

I mentioned Mitch Rapp because, as I'm sure you know, he was recruited into the covert services after his girlfriend died aboard Pan Am 103.

I am a big fan of the series.

This is actually my first Mitch Rapp book, or Vince Flynn for that matter. what book starts the series? Mitch is a pretty cool charecter. No John Corey, but I still like the dude.

Should read them in the order they were published if you can.  They make more sense that way.

No derail.  Moamar Gadafi brought down Pan Am 103.  Mitch Rapp is gettin' some payback...

Maybe the dude's hurt now. The news suspects he is.

Anyway, I think I've figured out what has been bothering me about Qaddafi's face. It doesn't look normal. Expressionless. Is this guy botoxed to the gills or what?

I think he's had more work done than Joan Rivers.  Botox?  I prefer to think of him as pre-embalmed.

Maybe he looks that way from smelling all of the hair dye he uses.

Reagan killed the real Gaddafi back in the 80s.  The current Gaddafi was made by The Jim Henson Company.
