Mexican Lager
« on: May 17, 2011, 08:45:40 am »
I have some friends that like Corona, etc and I was thinking about brewing a Mexican Lager.  I really like SKA's Mexican Lager - very tasty.

Anyone have some good recipes?  From some basic research, I have seen most recipes are calling for 2 row pale, some 6 row and some flaked maize.  SKA's website says they use Saaz hops - about 18 IBUs.

Any input or ideas are appreciated.  This is all grain by the way.
