New version of old system
« on: June 15, 2011, 02:44:57 pm »
Here is my system as it is right now. A complete ground up rebuild, not quite done, but almost ready to brew.
PLC control for valve management, timing, filling, temp control, etc. Has taken six months so far and am now finally ready to run the 1st batch in another week or so. Still have a little plumbing and wiring to finish up. After a few batches I'll tear it down and finish grinding, sanding and painting.

Stay Tuned:

Looks like a lot of time invested, but will be time well spent. Enjoy.

And money...

Very nice build. Out of my league but one can always dream. ;)
