Brewed 5/21/11 with the expectation of my corporeal self getting to finish it off. Put my twist on it with the WLP0029 slurry. Recipe was spur of the moment- got to say it turned out really nice despite the weevils.

For 6.5 gal


86.6 % 12.00 American Two-row Pale
7.2 % 1.00 American Victory
2.5 % 0.35 American Chocolate
1.8 % 0.25 American Crystal 60L
1.8 % 0.25 American Crystal 120L

Zeus AA 15%

0.25 Zeus Whole/Plug 60
0.25 Zeus Whole/Plug 45
0.25 Zeus Whole/Plug 30
0.25 Zeus Whole/Plug 15
0.25 Zeus Whole/Plug 5

ABV 4.8 %

Ferment at 62F for two weeks and 65F for one week. Kegged with five liters force-carbed in PET bottles. Malty with a smooth bitterness. I don't think this one will stay around long...
