My weissbier should be done fermenting this weekend....so I am thinking roggenbier with that nice yeast cake of WY3333.  Unfortunately, I am out of rice hulls.

Although I usually tell people that they probably don't need rice hulls, I think a roggen would be one where I'd recommend the opposite.  Have you got a recipe together for it, chumley?

Kegging my Bo-Pils and finishing the last bit of wiring on my brewstand. Hope to start testing it with water...yea that's right only water until I'm confident with the burner firing and temp control.

Making my second mead evar, a strawberry mead/melomel.  Actually mixing it tonight sans yeast, letting it sit on the campden until tomorrow night, then I'll hydrate/pitch the yeast.  Then I'll have a long 3-day weekend to degas/punch and try to keep the temp down.

Then I'm helping/stewarding Meadllenium.  I have tasted less than half a dozen meads in my life...hope to learn a lot about mead this weekend.

Brewing up a Kolsch tomorrow and then getting ready for a party at my place on Saturday.  I'll have a keg of my BoPils and one of the latest batch of the ESB on tap.  Friday will be spent creating the pulled pork BBQ.

Should be a kegging and cleaning weekend, and pitching some bugs into a Flanders.  Possibly dry hopping an IPA and CDA.  Other little maintenance stuff too, I need to visit the container store for more grain storage bins.

Brewing an American IPA. Sampling my helles. Drinking CAP, hefeweizen, and bitter.  8)

edit: Since my supply has been running low lately (cashed my landlord ale last night), I'm going to brew a Surly Bender clone this weekend too.

I've got one IPA to bottle and another to rack or maybe just dry hop in the primary. I can't decide if I want to harvest any of the slurry.
It's such a fine line between stupid and clever.

No recipe yet....I do have 5 lbs. of rye malt and a pound of crystal malt....thinking of that, maybe 4 lbs. of pils, a pound of MFB special aromatic, 18 IBUs of Tetts....hmmm, sounds like I have a recipe.
