Yo Weaze, did you catch my earlier post? Click on the link..... 40 A is plenty. I have one, LOVE IT. 2.5 G doesn't sound like a lot, but it recovers in 15 minutes. I have a spray hose coming out from UNDER the sink, reaches the floor drain. Makes cleaning buckets, cornies etc soooo much easier.

Well, at only 12.5 amp, I could hanle that for sure, The price is right, too. 2.5 gal would be plenty for brewry cleaning chores. What is the recovery time on that?

I have the 2.5g Ariston under my kitchen sink. I can attest to it's worthiness. Instant hot water.

Looks like my dream of a brewery will have to wait another month or so. The money I was hoping to get is held up in legal mumbo jumbo for a month or two.

Hey, A friend and I were talking about me building a "brew shed/man cave"
and he pointed me in this direction. Framing kit
It allows for easy framing for 8'x8' or mutliple ones for larger sheds...

That's really cool. Great for dudes that ain't into carpentry. (like myself) I was just fortunate that my bro-in-law is. He framed, I did the rest.
