I, too, am starting to regret not going to the NHC, especially since I'll be in San Diego Tuesday and Wednesdy for work next week anyway, and it will probably never be closer to where I live.

Brewing a wit and maybe an APA tomorrow. I've got all the hops and malt and a fresh slurry of US-05 so it will depend on how the wit goes. I love buying in bulk

Blatz- I think the recipe is solid. The first batch we made turned out awesome. The second batch is good but the hops sometimes come off green...off.... I may have an issue with my lines....not sure. Any time I find an issue, I like to brew the same beer a few times in a row, take great notes and try to dial it in to perfection. I know, I know...RDWHAHB. Cant do it, I get too wound up! If you havent brewed that recipe yet...give it a shot. I'm sure you'll like it.

No brewing this weekend.  In the process of cleaning a few kegs and my lines tonight.  Hopefully I'll get around to cleaning and sanitizing some bottles as well.  Hope to bottle up a barleywine and other miscellaneous brewery tasks.  Should have some extra time on my hands since with the lack of rain I don't think I'll need to be mowing the lawn this weekend.

Brewing a Belgian Wit.  If I can finish a keg then kegging an AIPA.

Kegging some CAP, tranferring an IPA, and brewing Berliner Weisse.  I mashed a small portion of pils malt (3 #) last night and added a cup of crushed pils malt onto it this morning.  I bleed some CO2 onto it, sealed the lid and put it outside in the sun.  Tomorrow I will make the main mash and add the sour mash in with it.  I plan to use some European Ale yeast and lactobacillus to ferment.  I hope it turns out OK.

Brewing that hefeweizen I've been trying to brew for the past few weeks!  Also kegging a Helles, AIPA, and a Surly Bender clone.

Brewing a Saison early Sunday Morning.  It will be the first of several beers that I will use the French Saison with this summer.  I'll try to brew 4 or 5 with it.
