Deep Fried Green Beans
« on: June 14, 2011, 06:28:05 pm »
The lovely and talented Ms. Tubercle just got through frying a batch of green beans.

Quite tasty I must say. ;D

Soaked the beans in buttermilk and rolled in spiced up flour and hit the grease.

My first try at these but I can see many more in the future.

We have a little sushi place here in Pocatello, and one of their luch specials come with deep fried veggies, including green beans. As much as it pains me to say, they are very good.
Actually, everything I've had their is great. Quite possibly my favorite place in town. To bad Holly own't go near sushi.
