17 years of Zymurgy archives!
« on: December 15, 2009, 11:37:37 am »
Now you can search through 17 years of Zymurgy articles to be able to find a specific article in a specific issue.  I don't know about you, but for me it's WAY easier than looking through a stack of mags!

Be aware, this is an index, not the articles themselves.

Are there any plans in the works to get the actual articles, too?

Don, I doubt that all past Zymurgy articles will be online.  There are selected articles already online.  I believe the plan is to someday have Zymurgy published electronically, but I don't think that's an immediate thing.

Thanks Denny...
I do realize that scanning old articles would be pretty tedious, but why not upload the more recent ones to a "members only" area.   That shouldn't be too hard.   And it would certainly encourage people to recycle.
Food for thought - I know of several people who have expressed interest in this sort of feature.   Maybe add it to the members wish list?

Don, I'll bring it up at the next GC meeting and see what the plan is.
