Water Report - Alkalinity
« on: August 05, 2011, 10:30:35 am »
Hey guys,

I'm looking over the water report for my area and it doesn't seem to mention the alkalinity of the water anywhere.  I'm trying to input the needed numbers into the Bru'n Water sheet and the report has the numbers (except Alkalinity) that it seems to ask for.  What I'm wondering, with all the numbers on the report is it trying to report alkalinity in some other way? (I don't see CaCO3, carbonate, or bicarbonate listed anywhere on the report)

I'm pretty sure I know the answer (no it doesn't) but I wanna make sure before I consider whether I need to do a Ward Labs test or brave the phones is what is the bureaucratic mess of CA government.

The copy of the report can be found at: http://www.calwater.com/wq/ccr/2010/dominguez-rd/index.php?page=Table

If someone has a moment to look it over and point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

Thanks!

My local water report was the same, so I sent it off to Ward Labs for analysis.  They were really quick.
