whats happening my fellow brew-namaths haha! my name is danny and im new to this commuinty of home brewing and i just got my aha membership as well all christmas gifts just introducing myself saying whats up

well im actually a chef so perfection is key for me when it comes to brewing also orginiality and the best ingredients.  but i had to start somewhere a buddy of mine also business partner has been brewing for years now so we started of with some basics but now were into creating our own stuff.  Were also trying to find some competitions or festivals to enter or go to.  currently in progress we have a punch drunk ale which is a nice amber ale with black and blue berrys, we have full steam ahead breakfast brew thats a steam beer and we have a peaches and cream stout that we are playing with and our crem de la crem an apple wood smoked bacon porter very interesting.  I live in maryland ocean city to be exact
