It could be the bald eagles getting them, but the coyotes are more plentiful here.  :-\

Acute lead poisoning?

My first thought was a visit to the COOP for some meat packet warfran rat poison.  A small amount won't kill him but he will walk sideways from that point on.

We had a very sweet little dog out on the farm that we just couldn't break her of digging the stuff out and eating it.  It finally killed her but she kept going back.

Zombie dog?

That didn't read quite right did it?  8^)

Rephrased -- She kept going back to find more until it finally killed her.

Paul
Where the heck are we going?  And what's with this hand basket?

My cat & I didn't get along very well.
He moved out & I never heard from him, again.
That end to the relationship turned out for the best.

My first kitten (jet-black and named Freddy Kreuger) I stepped on him in the dark and thus weakened came down with distemper while hiding under the bathroom sink. I had him put to sleep. My second cat I also raised from a kitten, but full grown clawed my nose so badly I had to go to the emergency room. That ended our relationship though I was sad to see her go. Should have named her Freddy Kreuger instead. ;D

Sounds like the first one got a text message to the second one.....

...we have is approaching 16 or 17 years old. He's still in good spirits. Always indoor, and very social. Always in whatever room we are in. As he's getting older he's starting to get closer and closer to my wife..... I dread the day he croaks, not for him, but I know my sweetie will be absolutely crushed. (She's actually researching cloning him......it's "only" 28 large..... I have a problem.)

Cloning won't get you the same cat, just the same DNA.

And it'll be an old cat.  A small old cat, but an old cat.  It won't live long.
