Is it too late to do an Octoberfest style beer for the second weekend in October?
If it's not, any recipe ideas would be great! Thanks in advance!

I would venture to say it's not too too late. It would be close. Of course you could also just do a stronger than normal  Helles, which is what the Germans do. Here's what I did this year:
