WLP 810 SF lager yeast ferments malty, clean, and with no problem down at 47-50F. I've used this yeast strain on many lagers, and Marzen type, and specialty winter holiday lagers. It can mesh well with hoppy lager recipes. It's a solid SF lager yeast strain that can ferments dry if needed and some what malty. I've never used this yeast strain for ales, and never fermented over 55F, so can't really comment on that.
