This reminds me of my first taste of a Belgian Beer. Kind of like SafeBrew T-58 yeast.
Nice Golden almost sweet on the palate but then fading rapidly to one of the "C" hops.
Almost too much hop, almost too sweet but it works. No hot alcohol for the 9% abv
buy a few sips in, then you are like ok....need to respect that alcohol level...
Head came up quick and white, then went down fairly soon leaving a clingy ring
of foam around the periphy of the glass....which BTW is my souvenier from the
1st annual Avery Sourfest.

Good Belgian Style beer...thumb up

One of my faves... I toured the brewery a couple of weeks ago, and this beer is awesome on tap... they have an awesome taproom, great food, and even better beer.  I do truly like the Salvation.  And I'm VERY picky on the Belgian styles... This beer is on my regular purchase list... (along with La Fin Du Monde, by Unibroue... but thats for another thread!)
