Ok, assuming the small brewers support the new bill your job is now two-fold.
1. Contact your legislators and tell them you want them to support the bill. Get everyone you know to do it to, and contact clubs and other beer groups you don't know and get them to do the same.
2. Contact Hedlund's office to thank him for the bill.
