Raspberry Chipotle Ale
« on: August 15, 2011, 12:47:17 pm »
I am trying to come up with a recipe for a Raspberry Chipotle beer. Unfortunately, I haven't had much time to research, so I am turning to the wisdom of the forum.

What beer/style would be a good backbone?

Thanks for you advice!

I was thinking English brown, minimal hop aroma/flavor.

<edit> or what about a smoke beer?  pils and a touch of munich malt for a slightly smokey, malty beer.
