For those who've used it, what's the highest temp you've let it get to . . with acceptable results?
Just brew it...

75 *F and it was fine, though I prefer it in the 60's.

Yeah, my experience with it ran up to the high 70's and it had an extra phenolic kick that I wasn't as much a fan of.

Having said that I just ran a batch here in my garage at over 90F in a water bath kept in the low 70's. We'll see how that one did.
