+1 on this one. I am no longer the " gym rat" I used to be. But at almost 56 years of age I can still do 15 pushups on each arm and nearly 20 chinups. I only drink twice a week. I am 4 years from retiring and ever so glad for the time I have invested in my health. I want to have the health to do the things I want to do after I retire.
I'll be 56 in a month or so. I have a 12 year old son to keep up with. Staying in shape is not an option, it is an imperative.
Besides there's nothing like a good hard sweaty 12 and a half mile bike ride to burn off a hangover!
Retire - hmmm I guess I did that 6 years ago when I started my own businesses. I love what I'm doing now. Everyday is different! When I was an employee the hours at work drraaaaggged by. Now that I work for myself the days are waaaaay too short.
