Yes, it's from the Hoh Rainforest.  It's relatively close to Forks WA of teen vampire movie fame.

Some of those big tree scenes in the star wars movies (the original, good ones) were shot in northern cali and yeah it really looks like that. I can only imagine how much more mossy washington state gets. (well okay I guess I don't have to imagine)
