1st Place: Al Boyce, Minnesota Homebrewers Association 25B - Pyment - Sangiovese named "Sangiovese Pyment"
2nd Place: Suzanne Richmond, SAAZ 24B - Traditional, Semisweet named "A Lil Sumpin Special"
3rd Place: Gillian Griffin and Michael Cicale, Cape Cod Lager and Ale Makers - CCLAMS - 25C - Melomel - Blueberry named "Idromele Martillo"
Congratulations to the winners. There were 57 entries from 29 states and the competition was tough. Thanks to everyone who entered and shared their wonderful Mead with us. It was an honor to have hosted this competition.
