Glad you had a chance to meet up with Zac.

I used to really like the IPA when it first came out, but they have changed a lot of the recipe and I don't like it as much now.  Too much crystal malt IMHO.

The Certified Evil has always had a little "twang" in it, even when it was Collaborative Evil.  It used to be more of a Belgian Dark, now it is more of an imperial porter.

I was brewing with a friend this weekend and we were discussing Lucky Bucket and he said he had some issues with his bottle as well.  He did not describe it as bile ;D, but he said it had an off-flavor and did not finish the bottle.  He has heard the same rumors I have.  I had a chance to order a Lucky Bucket Lager off draft this weekend, but wasn't brave enough base on our discussions.  I really hope they get their issues fixed.  It is kind of disheartening.  I was really excited when they opened a few years ago and drank a lot of their beers.  I like to support local business, but it is hard when the products quality is diminishing.
