A work in progress, have already changed the spout design, and need to gussy it up some, but it pours a half pint (almost) per draw. Will be brewing bitter this weekend to test this out on!

Its a Bimba cylinder, bigger than needed, only using a third of the stroke, or so, 2 1/2" diameter. The frame is some scrap 1.5 inch angle iron welded up, a hold down clamp on the top and two check valves. The spigot is 1/4 inch SS tubing.

Classy looking unit!! It reminded me of a "Beer Engine" that was built out of an RV Water Pump that was in a Brew You Own article a number of years ago. Here's the link:

I think yours is much more efficient though. I remember using one of those RV Pumps in an old Shasta Trailer when I was a kid. It seemed like it took forever to fill a glass... Cheers!!!
