International Bacon Day
« on: September 04, 2011, 04:48:02 AM »
Hey, Weaze,
How are you celebrating International Bacon Day?

http://www.wired.com/geekdad/2011/09/celebrate-international-bacon-day-with-a-great-bacon-odyssey-rerun/

mmm, breakfast is no challenge, blt sandwiches for lunch, bacon martini at cocktail time, a pork-fest for dinner, bacon ice cream for dessert. gotta remember to put this in as a recurring event on the calendar.

life its own-self is all the excuse for a party we need, but events like this certainly help,

I guess I'll have to break out some bacon for this noteworthy occasion.

BTW...not quite like the weaz but...I am also a huge bacon fan.   ;D

Just got back from a week in the mountains. Celebrated with buttloads of bacon, and even some chirizo. (sp?)

I got a black pig being grown for me, sucks I can't grow him myself. Need a acre pasture to grow one. This fall we will be making our own bacon. We will keep you updated on this.
