If you ask me they are all a bunch of half asses. If you want to impress me no pants means no pants, as in topless means no top.
Then again I guess it would suck riding the metro all fresco down south, people and parts of people would be sticking to the seats.

In England pants means underwear.

Actually, I rallied the group.
A man works hard all week, so he doesn't have to wear pants all weekend.
