That may go down as the worst draft pick in history simply for what Denver gave away to gamble on Tebow.
Worse the Lawrence Phillips?

Worse than Heath Shuler?

I don't recall what those other teams gave away for those picks. Denver gave away 3 picks, IIRC.
I didn't mean Lawrence Phillips was a bad pick because of what they gave up, but because of his inconsistent play and off-field problems.  Although they did trade Bettis away on draft day.

The Dolphins in Dallas was a Thanksgiving classic.  Very enjoyable, except the bad guys won.  A one point win by a field goal with three seconds left.  Lots of blown penalty calls, missed replay calls, and lots of other stuff to whine about...  ;)
But in the end, it was a fine way to spend three hours with family and friends on my favorite holiday!

I'm just wondering, who were those guys wearing the Dolphin's uniforms?  Haven't they heard about Suck 4 Luck?

Next up,  Florida - Florida State in Gainesville tomorrow...  Go Gators!

It was a good, fun game. Outcome sucked though. I was enjoying the LSU Arkansas game yesterday until the 2nd half started and Arkansas checked out. ::)

Well cry me a Rivers!  :'(

What happened to Phillip Rivers?  Can't say I don't enjoy it, but I used to think he was tough.
5 Quarters of Denver D sent him packing.

More bad officiating.  Simpson should have been penalized and fined, possibly suspended.  This kind of crap makes me crazy in soccer, I don't want it to infect the NFL.

I like this take on it though:

Interesting analysis; I like the conclusion:  Clearly Fujita is a Jedi and using the Force to push Simpson.;D

I think it's Fujita's reaction that makes it so funny. ;D  I still think Simpson should be fined though.

That is funny. I have to hand it to the guy for reacting that quickly.

My favorite is that Dalton almost seems to agree with Fujita.

Fujita: Dude, WTF?  Did you see that?
Dalton: Umm... I don't know that guy.

:D,  Hilarious. I am still laughing.
Personally, I really like the leg kick out at the end by Simpson.  Hollywood stunt man!

In the original, the ref who threw the flag did not really witness the monumental shove, just the aftermath.

Yeah, but to me throwing a flag or making a call when you didn't see what happened is bad officiating.

Totally agree.

Poor ref, he just got duped by the Jedi power of Fujita. :D

Related to the subject of officiating,
my opinion is that some of the "hitting a defenseless player" penalties are ridiculous.
Seriously, the days of the big hit and the defensive ability to dislodge the ball are over.

At least they do not treat Tebow like Brady. ::)  (Fullback vs tender GQ QB)
