Tsk, tsk, somebody forgot to open the roof vent prior to draining.   :'(

I've seen it happen on new grain bins.  If you are draining the bin you normally open one of the doors on the top.  Glad no one was hurt.

I live in eternal fear of doing something like that. We actually have a compromised stainless conical that looks similar, just sitting there as a constant reminder.

Dogfish did this to one of their bright tanks a few months ago. Expensive mistake!
