I've posted this elsewhere, but as it looks, I wanted to share for anyone interested.  I'll get a parts list together soon

The most detailed discussion is on Homebrewtalk....

That's nice. Any reason you put the CO2 on the outside? I've seen them inside with the kegs too. Is that a paintball cartridge?

That's awesome.  Is it designed for 2.5 gallon kegs?

- It will fit two 3-gallon corny's and the tank + regulator inside the cooler, but its tight and a little crowded.

- Funny, I bottled last year for a trip to MI and that's what prompted me to build this.

I'll post more pix when I fit the kegs again tonight.

That is awesome! It looks like it would be great for tailgating.

It works great.  I brought it to a family reunion with two 3-gallon kegs and we just kept draining & repacking it with ice each day.  I bought a 2nd paintball bottle just in case I had any CO2 issues, which came in handy as my IPA had not finished carbonating by the time I started serving and I nearly drained my first tank (I also think I have a small leak somewhere, but not sure where).

Cheers,

Timmy

Easy way to check for leaks is to add a little dish soap to water and spray onto your connections with the system pressurized. If you have a leak, It'll bubble up instantly.

I've found StarSan to be the ultimate leak detector and I always have a spray bottle of around. It works just lke using soapy water.  I think the leak may have been from under the ball lock Q/D and I could not see it.  I find some q/d's will leak a tiny bit if they get bumped or twisted.  In any case I could not locate it.

That's a good idea.
