Brewed an all local beer on Wed. Hops from the back yard, malt was Michigan grown (by Bells), yeast was cultured from a couple of Bells bottles, and water from lake Huron.
Might do an IPA on Sunday.
Smoked some wheat malt today. Need to smoke more. Wood I used is oak. The beer will be a Graetzer, see page 192 in Radical Brewing.
