Bottling got old quick.  I am about to receive a kegging system (1 corny keg, regulator, co2 tank) Now I just need to learn how to do it.  Where can I find some good information on kegging such as the proper amount of pressure for carbonating and serving, line size/length plus any other important factor that needs addressing and troubleshooting techniques?

I have a small fridge in the basement where I'll keep it so no kegerator or keezer yet.

Congrats!  Kegging rules.......

As for resources, I would search the forum extensively.  These guys have been doing it for years and probably every one of your questions is answered somewhere in here or another forum.

+1 on searching this forum and the draft quality manual.  From my experience, not not trust the 2psi/foot pressure drop of 3/16" line, its more like 1.5.  I run 9' lines at 13 psi, and 38F.  And buy more kegs than you think you'll need...

Likewise I have 12, and wish I had 4 more sometimes.  Of course the keezer only holds 8, so maybe I need a new fridge too...

Nothing wrong with a dozen.  Says the guy with 20.  Lagering and aging beers ties up the kegs.

I do think a good rule is to estimate what you think you will need, then double.

They also fit in a 10 gal orange rubbermaid cooler with the lid closed. Just add a tap and easy portable kegerator.

I have the Ice Cube cooler that I use for my 2.5 gal keg. Fits perfectly.
