I'm going to brew a sort of American/English IPA. I have about 14 lbs of Maris Otter UK 2 row left over. I picked up some crystal 60, wheat malt, simcoe and centennial hops and WLP001. Going to get a starter going on the stir plate tonight and brew on Sunday. Just kind of messing around. Have alot of beer on hand, but have to brew!!!!

Nothing this week.  I've got a German pils ready for d rest and a rye APA in the fermenter.  Doing a dunkel next week.

Mashed in on the stout.  Hit my mash temp and pH.  Life is good.  Now we'll shortly see whether the conditioned grain helps with my runoff.  The crush looked nice.  Lots of intact husks.

Brewed my 2010 Barleywine today. Last minute decision to brew but glad I did. Great brewday weather and have 6 gallons waiting for the yeast to kick in.

I will.  Can't wait to see what this beer will taste like with just the 1 variety of hops.

Made this today with my first water adjustment.  Added some chalk and baking soda to get the RA in the proper range for a stout.  Got a nasty stuck runoff and sparge but somehow I ended up with 86% efficiency

Now I'm enjoying a fresh Hopslam...delicious!!!
