Tough choice but I'll say Weissbier because I can have a Hefeweizen, Dunkelweizen AND Weizenbock

Sure I'd miss the hoppy beers but there is nothing like a Hefeweizen on a hot Summer day OR a Dunkelweizen once the leaves start falling.

Right now, Scottish ales . . 70 schillings and up. Ask me again in 6 months, likely something completely different.
Just brew it...

That's a tough question.  I'm gonna go with the American Pale Ale.
So good once it hits your lips!

Not even a difficult question: IPA.

I have two favorites...on practically opposite ends of the flavor spectrum:

IPA (plenty bitter and aromatic but without any grassy late hop flavors).
Scotch Ale/Wee Heavy.

In truth, I  like most traditional "styles" except Belgian and Wheat beers, but the two types I've mentioned are beers I can enjoy anytime.

Porter, especially its bolder version, Stout.

Favorite to brew is my take on Rye Stout.

English bitter, hand-pumped from a well kept cask. Unfortunately for me, I only get to experience that on rare occasions. Someday, I'll have a full setup with a beer engine and be able to pull my own at home.
It's such a fine line between stupid and clever.

I just got finished racking my Wee Heavy into the secondary and I might have a new favorite. It was really good out of the hydrometer tube.  8)
