I'm going to try brewing more dark beers rather than doctoring my water, I just made a porter that the beer tasted pretty good before bottling. They're conditioning now... I havent' bottled in like 3 years or more so it was interesting... I'm gonna mix things up a bit. I read where somebody went back to brewing on the stove inthe kitchen because it made things more interwsting... I have to agree, somtimes taking a step or two back is like a ginatent leap forward. I'm catchin g a heck of a beerbuzz...
