Non-sour Belgians in general. Any fruity estery. I can sample them and critique but
when the opportunity for a beer arrives, Something hoppy please.
I am ok with lambics and sours though. Figure that one?!?!

Any Alt beer that I make! (Three so far.)

I've had Alt fresh in Germany and canned elsewhere in Europe, and thought it was pretty good.

At home though, it's a style that continually challenges me.

My Kolsch-style brews are good, however.

Prrobably wheat beers. It's not that I don't like wheat beer because I won't turn one down... I like to have one once in a blue moon. But they are just not my style.

Not a fan of  the hefeweisen with the clove/banana thing.  Belgians are not my first choice of beers to drink, although I'm doing my best to learn to appreciate.
So good once it hits your lips!

Fruit beers & 1A, 1B.  Not fond of 1C, but Red Stripe is a guilty pleasure of mine on a hot summer day, but probably mostly for the stubby bottles.

Haven't had a gueuze that I liked yet but I do like most other sours and lambics.

I can drink lite lager occasionally but I'll never brew any.

First thing...what are 1a, 1b, 1c etc?
I really don't like flowers in my beer.  A local brewpub has been making beers with various flowers with the worst being one made with rose petals.  I felt like I was drinking perfume.

BJCP style references.  1a, b, and c are light, standard, and premium american lagers respectively.

I used to feel the same as many of you about hefeweizen, until I made one and had it fresh.  My immediate impression was that a lot of what I didn't like about the style was a result from age and poor storage... that said, my hefeweizen has never done well in multiple comps, but I like it anyways.  I felt the same about Koelsh (sp?), again until I made one, and it has been a regular brew since (and done well in comps).  I will even admit that I watered down a CAP (2C?), and it got a 1st place as a 1C, and I happily drank it.  That said, I have not started planning on brewing any 1A or 1B yet.

A lot of the beer I just don't like has obvious flaws related to age and storage.  My local shop sells belgians that are SO DAMN OLD that they barely resemble beer, and when I tell the beer manager they have turned the best they do is mark them down to $3/bottle.  That makes really great breweries look bad, because I have had a lot of those beers in great condition.  I don't know why we can take a $20 bottle of wine back to the shop and expect a full refund, but beer is somehow exempt.  Most beers I don't like are a product of poor storage.  When I take on the challenge to brew it myself, I am often pleasantly surprised.

Not big on saisons or geuze.  Don't like fruit based American beers.  Anything with "light or lite" in it's name.  Most beers made with corn or rice as an ingredient.  Green or clear bottled beers.  Crappy homebrew (it does happen, thankfully not too much though ;))
