Join members of the Prairie Schooners Homebrew Club for Learn to Homebrew Day, November 5, 2011, at Friar Tuck Beverage, 2930 Constitution Dr., in Springfield, from 1-5 PM.

Members will be brewing both extract and all-grain batches. Friar Tuck will also be offering a 10 percent discount on homebrewing equipment and supplies during the day. There will also be tastings for homebrewed and commercial beers during the event.
