Yeah Dave, Muntons or Coopers LME these days, especially the extra light or the wheat, is really fermentable. I've had those down to 1.008 with the right yeast.  I think with LME, you have to find one you know, and stick with it.  But you knew that already ;) ;D

Well, my FFT did indeed show room for improvement.  I got active fermentation with my sample down to 1.014, so I pitched a healthy portion of S-33 along with 1/2cup of corn sugar and heated to 75+.  Cross your fingers for me!
